>> PROFILE

Electronic Phusion was a joint project between Shanty of Electronic / Electronica Exposed and Sage of Phusion Records, Los Angeles, USA, which aimed to release a series of limited edition freeform vinyl releases of music signed to Electronica Exposed. Phusion Records was the USA's largest happy hardcore and freeform record store, and owned and operated the Rave n' Beats, Happy Strike, Rave n' Beats Canada, Rave n' Beats Limited and Rave n' Beats USA vinyl labels. The first four Electronic Phusion releases were scheduled in 2004 and included some incredible freeform music by Tazz, Digital Anarchy, Re-form, Furious, Nemes, Blender, LCP and Alek Száhala!

For a number of reasons, all four releases only reached the test press stage of manufacture and only 10 copies of each release were pressed. Electronica Exposed attempted to press more copies but there were a number of difficulties that could not be resolved, so Electronic Phusion was closed in early 2005. All Electronic Phusion releases were manufactured by Phusion Records and pressed as limited edition test press vinyl editions, which are all now out of print. The entire catalogue was released on CD and digital download on Electronica Exposed on EECD012 - Electronic Phusion - The Complete Works. The CD release is out of print but the digital download release is available from: Beatport, Juno Download and Trackitdown.
