Grimsoul is part of the second wave of Finrg producers that smashed their way into the freeform scene between 2006 and 2009 and is well known for his trademark epic melodies and soundscapes. Grimsoul made his first mark when his composition 'Jään Hautaamat' was released on Camel Digital alongside a superb remix by freeform legend Oli G. Grimsoul then produced a number of solo compositions and collaborated with artists such as Cyrez, Substanced and Phyton on Hybridize, Finrg and Kreatrix, before he produced Melancholy Overdose, which is widely regarded as one of the greatest freeform artist albums and is the perfect showcase for his epic productions including 'After Quality', 'Moment Of Wonder', 'Some More' and 'Synthetic Paradise'. Compositions from Melancholy Overdose were licensed to the Hardcore Underground 4, Crush On Hardcore 3 - A New Era and Hard Dance Icons 002 - Proteus compilation albums. Since 2008, Grimsoul has produced for ReBuild Music, Watchtower and Electromotive, but his main focus now is DJing and producing electro, house and trance as Fox Murder.
