Gareth Emery is an English electronic dance music producer and DJ who has a distinctive production style that is a fusion of trance, house and progressive. From 2003 to 2008, Gareth Emery co-owned the now defunct label Five AM, which released some of his biggest hits including 'Mistral', 'This Is That' and 'More Than Anything'. In 2009, Gareth Emery started the Garuda label with his massive trance anthems 'Exposure' and 'Metropolis' and has gone on to release his arist albums Northern Lights and Drive, and also music by artists including M.I.K.E. and Ben Gold. Over the years, Gareth Emery has collaborated with many of the finest trance music producers including Lange, Solid Globe, Jon O’Bir and CERN with releases on labels including A State Of Trance, Armada Music, AVA, Anjunabeats, Mondo, S2, Vandit, Baroque, Lost Language, Multiply and Bonzai. In 2004, Gareth Emery remixed Echano 'Nothing To Live For' for Motion, which was licensed to the A Trip In Trance 3 compilation album. In 2006, Motion released Gareth Emery & Mike Dedross Present Wirefly 'The Verdict', which included a banging remix by Octagen and was licensed to the Talla 2XLC - Techno Club Next compilation album.
